Looks really horrible but apparently it turns into paper!! Time will tell...

I made paper!!!

This is the finished result!! The paper is a little bit thick more like card, and I think I need to blend the paper more for a smoother texture. I added a piece of green paper to the mix so it turned out a light green colour. Overall, I am pleased with my finished paper. However, I would like to add a dye to the paper mix to changed the colour and maybe make it a little thinner.

Body Modification

My project 'Body Modification' was all about the struggles that people go through with there body image. I looked at how it is becoming hard for especially girls growing up with bad and unrealistic role models such as Jordan and how Orlan changed her body using surgury for her art work. I also brieftly looked into how people change their bodies using tattoos and how they show the story of their lives, this lead me onto dometic abuse as the injuries both males and females suffer at the hands of their partners changes their apperance and destroys their self esteem and self confidance.
